The gist: This mad, inspired taste of Madrid comes from partners Ignacio Torras and Chef Luis Roger, also known for the insanely good Spanish fine dining spot BCN Taste + Tradition. There's a solid to-go bakery, a casual menu and outdoor dining at Marché downstairs, and a fine dining bonanza at Château upstairs. Eddie V's Prime Seafood.

The menu is packed with vegan and vegetarian options, and the food is fragrant, colorful, and loaded with spices. Don't sleep on the Sunday brunch; you can sample Mexican masterpieces like chilaquiles, tamales, and decadent desserts, all for $35.
