I encourage more people with bad experiences with PPH to file a complaint against the company with the Better Business Bureau in the UK and the US. As a loyal buyer, you can make bank transfers and top-up your account for free.
If they ignore the warnings, the site will charge this fee until the account is completely drained. When I try to login it does not accept the password. The site has become uneconomic for me. This % will have to be transferred to the buyers, because I am cannot afford to pay more fees than what I already pay (which is A LOT), and I am not sure if you are aware of this but the clients are already paying an extra 10% fee.
